Do You Promise Rankings? No — and What We Do Instead, in Plain Words

Published October 28, 2026 · Swava Answers

You look up your own business and the shop down the road shows up first. It's not that you need someone to promise you the top spot. It is that the facts about your business are scattered, so search and AI answers have nothing steady to name.

The short answer: no. Swava does not promise rankings. Rankings are observed and reported, never promised. What we control is the ground and the pages — one true set of facts about your business, saying the same thing everywhere, on pages an answer engine can quote. That is the work. Anyone who promises you a ranking is promising something that is not theirs to give.

That answer is printed on our Get Found page, in the open, where anyone can read it before they buy anything. This post explains why the answer is no, and what you get instead of a promise.

Why a promise would be the wrong thing to sell you

A ranking is decided by the search engine and the answer engine, not by the person you hired. They change their rules, your competitors change their pages, and a new business can open on your street. None of that is in our hands, and a promise that pretends it is would be a claim we cannot stand behind.

Swava's rule is plain: we do not state a thing as proven when it is still proving, and we do not claim sales, clients, or results that are not on record. A promised ranking would break that rule on the first day. So we do not make one — here, or on the page where the service is sold.

What we control, and do

What is in our hands is the ground your business stands on when someone asks about it:

  • Pages that can be quoted — answer-first pages with real specifics, built so an answer engine can lift them.
  • Profiles that match — the same name, services, and area everywhere, claimed and corrected.
  • Reviews, honestly — a steady ask, in the customer's own words. Never bought, never faked.

That is the Get Found work as its own page describes it. It does not guarantee where you will rank. It fixes the usual reason you do not show up at all: the facts are scattered or thin, so there is nothing steady for search or an AI answer to name.

How you know whether it is working

You do not have to take our word for it. That is the point of how Swava works in general: the work is built, then graded by someone who did not build it, and the grade is shown.

In plain words, that means three things for an owner:

  • Work is prepared for your approval before anything goes live. Nothing goes live, posts, mails, or spends until you approve it.
  • Rankings are observed and reported — you see where you show up, as it is, not as a promise said it would be.
  • Each piece of the work carries its honest label: proven, proving, or unproven. A thing that is still proving is never described to you as proven.

If the ground is fixed and you still do not show up, the report says so. That is less comfortable than a promise. It is also the only version you can make a real decision from.

Where it starts

Get Found starts the same way everything at Swava starts: with the Free Look, the free diagnostic on the home page. You answer fifteen plain questions first. We read back what we heard in your words, name the one thing we would build first, and you decide if it is the right one.

No pitch comes before those questions, and no price for a service is quoted in a post like this one. The Get Found page itself carries its cost, set in writing before you sign — read it there, in full, before you decide.

In plain words

If you are asking "do you promise rankings?", the plain answer is: no — and be careful with anyone who does. Rankings are observed and reported, never promised. What Swava promises is the part that is actually ours to do: pages that can be quoted, profiles that match, reviews asked for honestly, work shown to you for approval before it goes live, and a report that tells you the truth about where you stand.
