What is Swava?

Swava is a proof-first business-building service for solo owners, run from New Mexico by its founder, Donnie Crews. You answer fifteen questions — the Free Look. We build one real thing for your business, an independent grader scores it, and you keep it either way. Swava's own business, Crews 4 Christ, runs on this same system first.

"Proof-first" means the order is never reversed: you see one finished, graded thing built for your business before anyone talks about ongoing work. The grade prints its weaknesses next to the score, and the free proof stays yours whether or not we ever work together.

How it works — three steps

Step one, the Free Look (free). Fifteen questions, about fifteen minutes, in your own words: what your business does, where your time goes, where customer questions land, and what fell through last. At the end we read back the one thing we could build for you first, and you say if it's the right one.
Step two, one graded proof. We build that one thing, finished. A reviewer who did not build it grades it against fixed rules, and the weaknesses print with the grade. Before the build, we also write down a prediction, what we expect it to do, and grade ourselves against it later. A prediction is ours to be graded on; it is never a promise to you.
Step three, only if the proof earns it. The monthly rhythm: the next fixes, built and kept working, measured on a scorecard against where you started. The monthly figure is flat, it is fixed in writing before you sign, before any money moves, and it is not a percentage of your revenue.

What it costs, in plain words

Bring your own tools, fifteen dollars a month: you already pay for your own AI tools, and we run the system with those. Full service, forty-five dollars a month: we run the system for you, month to month. Done for you, about six hundred dollars a month: every bit of it handled, start to finish. The exit is stated before you decide: the free proof stays yours whether you start, stop, or never start at all.

Start by finding your leak

Most owners don't have a marketing problem first, they have a leak. These three pages grow out of the Free Look's own questions:

Questions owners ask

What do I keep if I never buy anything?

The proof. It is built for your business, graded, and yours to keep either way, that is the whole point of proof-first.

Who grades the work?

An independent reviewer who did not build it, against a fixed rubric. The grade and what the grader caught are shown to you, not hidden.

Are there client results I can see?

Not yet, and we say so out loud: the first proof run is our own business, Crews 4 Christ, documented as it happens. No client results appear until there are clients, and when there are, they will be shown with the records behind them.

What is Buzz?

Buzz is the private workspace where a client sees their prepared work, progress, approvals, and results. Nothing Swava drafts goes out without the owner's approval there, every post, price, and promise waits for the owner's own say-so first.
